Return & Refund Policy
At Boulder Pet Haven LLC, we love your furry friends as much as you do! We want you and your pets to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have **30 days** from the date you receive your item to request a return. Any return requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility & Pet Hygiene Standards
To ensure the health and safety of all pets, we enforce strict hygiene standards for returns:
* **Eligible for Return**: Items must be in the same condition that you received them—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
* **Pet Clothing & Beds**: You may try pet apparel or beds on your pet for sizing. However, items returned with visible pet hair, biological stains, odor, or signs of outdoor wear cannot be resold and will **not** be eligible for a refund.
* **Pet Chewing/Damage Disclaimer**: We know pets can be enthusiastic! Please note that damage caused by pet chewing, scratching, tearing, or aggressive play after delivery is considered normal wear-and-tear by the user and is **not** covered under our product quality warranty.
3. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer support team at **support@petsounds.shop** with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. *Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.*
4. Return Shipping Fees
* **Defective or Wrong Items**: If the product arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Boulder Pet Haven LLC will cover 100% of the return shipping costs or issue a replacement immediately.
* **Customer Remorse / Size Swaps**: If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or your pet dislikes the item, **the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fees**. We do not charge any additional restocking fees.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within **5-7 business days**. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
