*   **Transit Time (Shipping)**: Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately **5 to 10 business days** (Monday to Friday) to arrive at your doorstep.

2. Shipping Cost

4. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., ripped pet food bags or broken toys), please take photos immediately and contact us at **support@petsounds.shop** within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free reshipment or refund for you.

5. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
