1. Business Introduction
Boulder Pet Haven is an exclusive pet product brand under Boulder Pet Haven LLC. Our company engages in global cross-border retail business, covering pet supplies, home living goods, outdoor accessories and daily necessities. All products displayed, sold and delivered via this website are managed, fulfilled and supported solely by Boulder Pet Haven LLC.

2. Account & User Responsibilities
1. When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information including your shipping address, contact information and payment details.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. All orders placed under your account shall be deemed authorized by you.
3. You may not use this website for illegal activities, fraud, infringement, resale in large quantities without written permission, or any behavior violating U.S. local commercial laws.

3. Product & Pricing Rules
1. All product prices displayed on the site are final retail prices, excluding international shipping fees, tax fees and additional remote area surcharges where applicable.
2. We reserve the right to adjust product prices without prior notice due to supply chain, logistics and market fluctuations. Once an order is confirmed and paid, the price of that order will not be changed.
3. All product descriptions, pictures and parameters are for reference only. We strive to ensure information accuracy but do not guarantee zero minor color or size differences caused by display equipment.

4. Order & Payment Terms
1. After you submit an order and complete payment, we will send an order confirmation email to service@boulderpethaven.com for your record. Please check your mailbox timely.
2. We support mainstream secure online payment methods displayed on the checkout page. All payment transactions are processed through certified third-party payment service providers to protect your fund security.
3. We have the right to cancel or refuse orders in cases including but not limited to abnormal orders, suspected fraud, out-of-stock products, incorrect recipient address information. Full payment will be refunded to the original payment channel for canceled orders.

5. Shipping & Delivery
1. We cooperate with multiple global logistics carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL.We will arrange the most suitable carrier based on your package weight, size and delivery location.
2. Estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product page and shipping policy page. Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, extreme weather, carrier schedule adjustments, which are beyond our control.
3. You shall provide an accurate and deliverable shipping address. We are not liable for lost or returned packages caused by wrong address, unattended delivery or missed pickup.

6. Return, Refund & After-Sales
All return and refund matters shall follow the independent Return & Refund Policy published on our website. Boulder Pet Haven LLC will handle all after-sales requests, including defective goods replacement, damaged package compensation and eligible refunds. 9. Limitation of Liability
Boulder Pet Haven LLC shall not be responsible for indirect losses including but not limited to lost profits, work delays, secondary damages arising from product use or logistics delays, within the scope permitted by U.S. law. Our total compensation liability for any single order will not exceed the actual amount you paid for that order.
